What we log

Anonymous usage: which pages and tools are used, with a random visitor ID kept in a first-party cookie, the page's referral tag (?ref=) if any, and the browser's user-agent string so we can tell bots apart. We do not store IP addresses. For the free daily limit we keep a salted hash of the IP address for 24 hours only; the salt changes daily, so it cannot be traced back.

What we store when you use the analyst

Your chats, the site or battery details you give, the results and the audit trail of every engine run, saved plans and reports. If you sign in (via Clerk, with email or Google), we store your email, name, plan and monthly usage counts.

The AI

When the AI analyst is on, your messages and the engine's results for your conversation are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write the reply. No other user's data, no admin data and no keys are ever included.

Who sees it

Only you and the GridArb operator (for support and to improve the tool). We do not sell data or share it with third parties.

Deleting your data

In the app, open Account and usage and choose Delete my data to remove your chats, saved sites, reports and plans at once. You can also delete one project at a time, or email us via the contact page.
