Data sources and terms
Every source GridArb reads, with the dates we hold and the terms it is used under. PJM data is used under PJM's terms and is not for redistribution: GridArb shows derived results and offers no raw hourly PJM price downloads or CSV exports to anonymous users. - PJM day-ahead and real-time hourly zonal prices
- 2023-12-31 to 2026-10-12. From PJM Data Miner 2 (feeds da_hrl_lmps and rt_hrl_lmps) or gridstatus.io's hosted copy. link
Terms: Used under PJM's Data Miner 2 terms of use. PJM's data stays PJM's: GridArb shows results derived from it (revenues, schedules, charts) and does not redistribute it. There are no raw hourly price downloads and no CSV exports for anonymous visitors. gridstatus.io data under gridstatus.io's API terms, within GridArb's own request and row budgets. - PJM Regulation market results

- PSE&G (PSEG) data dated 2026-09-01; JCP&L (FirstEnergy) (JCPL) data dated 2026-06-30; Atlantic City Electric (Exelon/PHI) (AECO) data dated 2022-11-16; Rockland Electric (Orange & Rockland) (RECO) data dated 2026-10-01.
Terms: Each utility's public map and the ArcGIS layer behind it, under that utility's terms: screening tools only, the interconnection study decides. One small query per site, cached 30 days; the data date is refreshed monthly; the small ACE layer is stored whole. GridArb never crawls or bulk-copies a map. - NJ Board of Public Utilities orders (GSESP)
